What can a NON-Subscribed Talent/Vendor Account show?
Talent/Vendor can create/edit their NON-Subscribed profile but it won't be viewable by Companies for employment
Talent/Vendor Registration
A valid email address is required in order to activate your account.
Your email address will be your Login ID.
Please enter your First Name only when registering.
You may select Mulitple Industry Categories (Hold Control Key and Click each Category).
Select you range of years experience and explain in your Resume.
You may select multiple Employment types: Full Time, Part Time, Contract and Seasonal.
Copy and Paste your Resume in Text Area provided.
You can upload a personal photo with a file size of 150KB or less.
Please review terms of use and accept them by clicking the checkbox next to "I accept terms of use".
A Password with a length of 5 or more is required.
After registration you will recieve two emails.
1. One "Welcome email" it will include your ID and Password.
2. The Second email will be your Email/ID Confirmation link.
This will have a link when clicked will activate your account. If you don't activate your account through this email you will not be able to login. Please follow instructions in the email.
After Activating your account you may login to TSE Connections using your Email/ID and Password.
If you forget your password there is a link on the Login page that says "forgot password". Click the link and you can enter your ID and your password will be emailed to you.
Talent/Vendor Profile
You have FULL control of your Profile.
You can edit and change all of your information at anytime.
You have the ability to HIDE your profile from the companies if you are not available. This feature doesn't pause or stop your expiration or subscription or renewals. If you have reocurring billing(Auto Renew) this feature doesn't stop or pause the billing cycle.
You must have activated your account and have a current paid subscription to have your profile visible to companies.
Subscription Option: Reoccuring (Auto Renew)
TSE Connections gives you two types of subscription billing. You have the option to have reoccuring billing or NON-reoccuring billing. Each type of billing allows for several different ranges of time. (i.e. 30, 60, 90 days etc...) Reoccuring billing is an automatic billing cycle that charges your credit card at a set period of time chosen by you. Once you have setup the reoccuring subscription it all becomes automatic billng and your account should never expire.
Subscription Option: NON-reoccuring
This subscription billing type allows you to manually purchase your subscription before your subscription has expired. This option is called NON-reoccuring billing. Please note that if you don't remember to manually extend your subscription after your expiration date your profile will not be visible to the companies. If you don't want the hassle of manually tracking when your profile expires the other billing type "reoccuring billing Auto Renew" option will be a better option for you. Non-reoccuring Billing requires your personal attention to your expiration date.
Change Profile:
You may change any information in your profile through the change menu.
Change Email/ID:
You have the option to change your Email/ID through the change menu.
Once you change your Email/ID your account and profile become inactive.
This means that your account won't be visible
to companies until you re-activate your account.
You will recieve an activation email to re-activate your account.
Once you follow the instructions and click the link in the email
your account will be set active again. This is done to
maintain accurate email accounts.
Change Personal Photo:
You may change your Personal Photo at anytime through the Change Menu.
The File size for your Personal Photo must be 150(kb) or less.
Change Password:
You may change your password at anytime through the Change Menu.
An email will be sent to your email address stating that you changed your password.
If you recieve an email stating you changed your password
but you didn't please contact TSE Connections.
Account History:
You will have access to your billing history through the Account History Menu.
What do Companies have access to?
Companies have access to search Active Talent/Vendor profiles with Paid Subscription by State and Industry Categories.
They have the option to add your profile to their Favorites list.
Each active company can view your Profile, Personal Photo and Resume.
They have the option to email you to request your services.
How to remove Profile and Cancel account?
You may cancel reoccuring billing at anytime. To turn off Auto Renew (reoccuring billing) go to the Account History page and at the bottom of the page click unsubscribe. This will automatically turn off your reoccuring billing. Your account will automatically expire at the end of the billing cycle which is dependent on your last paid range. If you decide to turn the reoccuring billing (Auto Renew) back on you will need to go to the subscription page and subscribe again with "Yes" for auto renew.
You may hide your profile at anytime. See "Talent/Vendor Profile section above". This option is used if you are on vacation or not available for a period of time.
Once your account has expired it will no longer be viewable by other companies. You may subscribe to TSE Connections at anytime to reactivate your account.
To remove your profile completely please email TSE Connections below. This option will remove your ability to access your account profile and history. It may take a few days to process this request.
